Our standard or FREE SHIPPING is for orders shipped to residential addresses in the lower 48 US mainland. Please contact us for a shipping quote if you are located in Alaska, Hawaii, or an international location. If you have an APO or FPO address you will also need to contact us for shipping information. Return Policy

Returns/Exchange/Damages/Defects & Other Terms

Shop-PatioTown.com has a strict return policy regarding Fireplaces, Fire Pits and other consumer products. Since most of these items are heavy, the shipping and handling costs to return these products often equals the value of the item. Therefore, there should be no returns unless the wrong item was sent or a manufacturing defect exists.

There is a 25% restocking fee on merchandise returned/exchanged for any reason other than product defect or damage. Item must be returned in saleable condition or refund may be forfeited.

Customers should inspect their package immediately upon receipt for shipping damages or shortages. If any packaging damage is evident, they must immediately note this to the carrier and it should be documented. Shop-PatioTown.com must be notified within five (5) business days of any damage or missing items. We cannot take responsibility after this point.

If an item is to be returned, you must call us for a Return Material Authorization number (RMA). This number must be clearly marked on the outside of the returned box. If this number is not on the box, it may be refused at our facility.

Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days from when the shipment was received.

ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING. ANY ITEMS RETURNED IN PACKAGING OTHER THAN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WILL BE REFUSED.

Freight or shipping charges to return an item must be prepaid by sender.
